    Keyun is an economist with a background in cybersecurity. She is a world-renowned expert in cloud forensics, and has recently launched the field of cybernomics. Her 22 years of thought leadership in tech spans from research, advisory to product innovation.

  • Dr. Avi Roy, Director

    Avi is a biomedical scientist based in Oxford with expertise in aging, longevity, and health. Among his previous roles, he was the CTO at BioViva, and a researcher at the University of Oxford's CASMI. He is currently advising several organizations focused on longevity, or is he ;)

  • Reijo Pold, Director

    With 15 years in the tech and investment industry, Reijo is a contributor to tech and investment publications, advisor to industry organizations and mentor to tech start-ups. He has led multiple Corporate VCs and is now focusing on pioneering space-based insurance.

  • Soheil Ahmadzadeh, Director

    Over the last 20 years, Soheil has worked in private family offices, funds, VCs, and corporations across several industries including technology, trade, and energy. Having successfully set up, turned around, or managed a number of companies globally, he now focuses on coaching, mentoring and advising individuals and entities alike. He has a passion for, and has written about, the power of fulfilment through connection, along with the critical role it can plan reshaping our society.

    Previously a Director Of Development And Alumni Relations at the University College School, Sophie is a strong media and communication professional skilled in Nonprofit Organizations, Corporate Social Responsibility, Event Management, Media Relations, and International Relations. She worked at a number of prestigious schools, such as Oxford and Eton as a Gift Officer and a Director of Development.

  • Dr. Anders Sandberg, Research Fellow

    Dr Anders Sandberg is a philosophy with a background in computer science, neuroscience and medical engineering. His work at the Future of Humanity Institute at University of Oxford centres on management of low-probability high-impact risks, estimating the capabilities of future technologies, and very long-range futures. Topics of particular interest include machine learning, ethics, global catastrophic risk, cognitive enhancement, future studies, neuroethics, and public policy.

  • Dr. Stuart Armstrong, Research Fellow

    Stuart Armstrong’s research at the Future of Humanity Institute at University of Oxford centers on the safety and possibilities of Artificial Intelligence (AI), how to define the potential goals of AI and map humanity’s partially defined values into it, and the long term potential for intelligent life across the reachable universe. He has been working with organizations such as DeepMind to formalize AI desiderata in general models so that AI designers can include these safety methods in their designs. His collaboration with DeepMind on “Interruptibility” has been mentioned in over 100 media articles.

  • Richard Atkinson, Research Fellow

    Dr. Richard Atkinson is Senior Tutor in Service Design at the Royal College of Art. He has worked widely in the area of human development, particularly in the global south and his forthcoming book When Communities Design Aid explores how aid initiatives can contribute to non-financial development outcomes.

  • John Makepeace, Researcher

    Working in Service Design at the Royal College of Art, John is working on a range of research projects exploring the role of design in areas like climate resilience and community co-creation, or looking at what the future of health and happiness may be in a world immersed with developed AI.

  • Krisztina Jedlovszky, Research Analyst

    Kriszti is finishing her degree on Experimental Psychology at the University of Oxford. She is interested in how psychedelics can improve mental health, and wellbeing. Kriszti also writes for online popular science journal qubit.hu, and the arts journal prae.hu.

    Conor is a serial entrepreneur, co-founding Kieka, an app designed to alleviate overcrowding of London Tube stations using crowdsourced data. He is also currently the Head of marketing at UDA, a stealth mode, open source, longevity-based start-up based in London

  • Lindsay Strouse, Marketing Strategist

    Lindsay is an insights-driven strategist on a mission to create products and stories that contribute to a more equitable, joyful world. She has over 8 years experience in B2B, B2C marketing, advertising, research, go-to-market, creative strategy, account management, content creation, and complex program management.

    Carlos is finishing his doctorate in computational biology at the University of Oxford. He is interested in how emergent technologies can impact all stages of healthcare, from basic research to digital biomarkers. He is the Vice President of the Oxford University Scientific Society, the oldest scientific society in the world, and has led a number of academic initiatives.

  • Chris Curwen, Biotech Research Lead

    Chris is currently researching Gene and Cell Therapy at University College London. He has a background in bioscience, and currently the host and producer of Longevity focused shows “Our Longevity Futures“, “Longevity Weekly“ and “Ask the Longevity Doctor“. Chris also co-led our Happiness Festival 2020.

  • Andrés González-Meneses, Head of Design

    Andrés is an award-winning architect who has worked in prestigious studios in Chicago, London and Madrid (including Mendaro Arquitectos). He was 1st prize winner in the Canyon View Accommodation International Architecture competition, and member of the Jury for the Museum of the Ancient Nile International Architecture competition. He also devotes much of his passion for art, sculpture and music.
